I got a new phone number

If you created a Fortmatic wallet with a phone number you no longer have access to, you still may be able to recover the account.

1. If you have 2FA enabled already, you won't need access to your old phone number as the 2FA code will come from the authenticator app, rather than an SMS.

2. If you have a recovery email connected to that phone number account but no 2FA on, please submit a request to regain access to your account.
